Quite simply, without these individuals there would be no team!

Lloyd has also competed in a number of championships since 2009 in his MG Maestro.
Dougie joined the team late 2018, first in the support role before taking to the grid in 2019. Management started in the 2020 season with the position of event manager, thus leading to promotion to team manager for 2022, all the while racing himself!
Dougie can can be found racing his Mazda MX 5 in the AFRC Championship alongside supporting the majority of Army Sports Car Racing events. He is one of the teams most successful car and driver packages, taking class wins in multiple championships.
Dan started racing with the team in 2015, during his time he has held almost all managerial positions within, most notably as Team Manager for 3 years.
For 2022 he has been elevated to Deputy Director of the British Army 4 Wheel Motorsport Group, encompassing 4 disciplines and assisting Mark with the development of the brand. Dan continues to maintain a position as the Sports Cars Treasurer continually seeking ways and means to develop and expand the teams opportunities and grows greyer by the day for doing so!
BAMA Director 4 Wheel Group
Mark is one of the originals, a real stalwart of BAMA, having been involved with most disciplines since 1998 and setting up the original sports cars team in 2010; there isn't much Mark doesn't know about Motorsport within the Military.
He now finds himself at the top of the 4 wheel food chain within the association and provides immense experience to those around him.
Support Crew Manager
As the Support Crew Manager, Sy is responsible for planning and assuring the coordination of support crew activities throughout the year in addition to planning and managing the content and development of the teams social media platforms to promote the Army Sports Car Racing brand. He also dabbles in sports car racing, previously in his Mini, but more recently in a 116 Trophy.
In addition to this, Sy also holds the Secretary role for the wider British Army Motorsports Association.
As Marketing Manager, Will is responsible for promoting the team in the public space and generating sponsorship, whether financial or product support.
Will also manages and races for the ASCR Endurance team, competing in the 750MC Club Enduro championship in his fire breathing V8 Holden Commodore.
Ben has real passion and experience in most forms of Motorsport and has been involved with the team since 2015. For this reason he was chosen to develop the younger members of the team and guide those beginning their foray into Motorsports.
Ben is the first port of call when people approach the team wishing to be involved. He also has a weird passion for a Ford Anglia or two!
